MOSTAR & KRAVICA WATERFALL
Embark on a journey with us to Bosnia & Herzegovina, where we’ll explore the historic town of Mostar. Town was developed during the 15th and 16th centuries as an Ottoman frontier town. Later it was influenced by the Austro-Hungarian period in the 19th and 20th centuries. Mostar is a captivating blend of cultures and architectural styles—pre-Ottoman, eastern Ottoman, Mediterranean, and western European. You will notice all of this in this old city.
Mostar is a symbol of reconciliation, international cooperation, and the harmonious coexistence of diverse cultural, ethnic, and religious communities. During our excursion, we’ll also visit the charming village of Počitelj and spend time at the awe-inspiring Kravica Waterfalls.
SPLIT
Embark on a unique 3-hour tour that is going to introduce you to Split and the delightful flavors of traditional Dalmatian cuisine. Our journey commences with a stroll to the renowned Fish Market. Then you will discover the Green Market, where you’ll personally select the freshest ingredients for your customized lunch. A professional chef will expertly prepare your meal at one of the city’s most renowned restaurants.

THE ISLAND OF BRAČ
The day begins with an early morning ferry ride to Brač. Our first stop after arriving in Supetar is Škrip. It is one of the most significant places on the island, with forts and sarcophagi that speak volumes of Dalmatia’s ancient history. On the way there we will stop at the highest peak of the Adriatic islands. It’s Vidova Gora with spectacular views that will take your breath away. Škrip is legendary for its olive oil culture. You’ll get a taste when we visit the Olive Oil Mill and Museum. The next destination is another small settlement, Donji Humac and a visit to Kopačina Cave where you’ll see traces of life from 8000 years before Christ.
The local population is proud of its stonemasonry tradition. From the village, you can see the nearby quarry from which the world famous Brač stone is extracted. We will make a stop at a unique gallery of the Jakšić family, a combination of sculpture, painting and fashion design. After that, we’ll stop for lunch at a local tavern. You may order à la carte but we highly recommend you try the local speciality, Peka. It’s a slow roast of meat and vegetables on an open fire. After lunch we head back to Split the same way we came. But this time, with countless memories of a truly unique experience.
KLIS FORTRESS & STELLA CROATICA
Overlooking the city of Split, in the mountain pass between Mosor and Kozjak, lies the small village of Klis. Speckled with vineyards and olive groves, at the center of this hillside village is a medieval fortress built into a rocky ridge presenting incredible views of Split, Adriatic Sea, and surrounding islands. You will be allowed to freely explore this 2000-year-old fortress. You’ll see the locations of some Game of Thrones scenes which were filmed here. Our next stop is Stella Croatica. This unique sensorial experience will provide a true insight into the natural, cultural, and gastronomic heritage of Dalmatia.
Walk through the scenic Botanical Mediterranean Gardens of this family-owned estate. Smell and taste of freshly produced traditional sweets and award-winning olive oils. The highlight of this half-day tour is the visit to the Olive Museum. Among other interesting facts, you will learn how to recognize real extra virgin olive oil. To truly savour this experience we recommend you stay for a traditional lunch. Lunch is made of the freshest local ingredients, and served in the authentic Dalmatian style and setting.
DALMATIAN HINTERLAND
This half-day tour will take you thirty kilometers away from the sea to the heart of the Dalmatian Hinterland. Here you will experience its picturesque nature of rivers and valleys, glades, and lakes. Explore diverse cultural heritage, ancient stone fortresses, Roman roads, archaeological sites, and indigenous settlements. One such small town is Prugovo (established in 1690), with a population of 570. We’re going to take our time exploring this hidden gem and visit the home of a local resident. We will learn about the town’s history and way of life as told by one of the oldest villagers.
To honor their tradition of true Dalmatian hospitality, two local families come together to prepare lunch for our guests. A bountiful table of local meat delicacies and a barbeque dish served with vegetables that are only grown in this region. It is recommended that on our way to Prugovo, we stop at two popular destinations to add to the Dalmatian Hinterland experience.
